How do I know a MoonDraw draw is fair?
Before a single ticket sells we publish a hash of the server seed. When entries close, the winners are decided by that seed mixed with a finalized Solana blockhash nobody could predict at commit time. After the draw the seed is revealed, so anyone can rehash the proof and land on the exact same winner list.
How fast do I get paid?
Prizes credit to your MoonDraw balance the second the seed is revealed. On-chain USDC transfers are then bundled and sent to your Solana wallet, and every payout has a Solscan link you can check.
What happens if an arena does not sell enough tickets?
Every arena has a minimum ticket floor. If the floor is missed the draw is cancelled and all entrants are refunded in full automatically — no claim, no support ticket.
